What our travelers say

“A tour with the right tour guide is always a game changer - we had an unforgettable experience visiting Fayoum with Egypt Tour Guides. Tarek was our guide with Abdullah, our bedouin driver guide. We had a smooth experience, all the way from our pickup from Cairo, drive to Fayoum, visiting Wadi el Hitan followed by lunch and the dune bashing to finally catching the sunset at our camp and then dinner under the stars. The weather was perfect and Tarek ensured we had all our needs met along an having good company in the middle of the Fayoum desert. We spent the night in a tent and caught the most amazing sunrise the next morning. Rounded off the tour visiting the Magic Lake in the morning + breakfast at Tunis Village. All in all - a must-visit when you're in Egypt especially in the months of October when the weather is just right for a desert camping experience!”

“Our trip to Egypt wouldn't have been the same without Tariq, our wonderful tour guide. He took us on an unforgettable journey to the Pyramids of Giza and then the next day to the stunning El Fayum Oasis. … From the very start, Tariq impressed us with his deep knowledge of Egypt's history and culture. He explained everything so vividly that we could truly imagine what life was like thousands of years ago. He also knew all the best photo spots and made sure we had time to enjoy the views without feeling rushed. … We couldn't have asked for a better guide — Tariq is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. If you're visiting Egypt, especially the Pyramids or El Fayum, you should definitely book with him!”

“We had an exceptionally good guide Tareq and drivers (Mahmoud & Karim). They made the trip really great! It was a nice balance of information about the area and fun, like going sand boarding and - our favorite part - driving crazy fast up and down very steep dunes in the 4x4.”

“Great trip with amazing views, the guide, Tarek, made us feel very at ease and couldn't help enough.Everything wasn't a problem and he explained all the sites in a relaxed way which made us feel very comfortable in his company. And I could not mention Hamada, our driver in the desert who was very good at his job and tried to please the “madness” of one of sons when going over the dunes. Would definitely recommend it to see another side of the desert and Egypt.”
